Updates to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

As of August 23, 2025, we have updated the LISMOA Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These revisions clarify how user data is handled and outline the conditions for using our service in a more transparent way.

Key Updates to the Privacy Policy

  • Tailored the policy specifically for LISMOA

  • Specified the types of data collected (Google login, Amazon API data, Stripe payment info, logs, etc.)

  • Defined data retention and deletion rules

  • Added cookie usage policy

  • Stated compliance with Amazon DPP and related requirements

  • Listed service providers (AWS, Stripe, Google Analytics, Clarity, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Clarified user rights and update notification procedures

  • Added company information and contact details

Key Updates to the Terms of Service

  • Unified the service name as “LISMOA” and added English notation

  • Removed Facebook login option from registration methods

  • Changed free trial period from 30 days to 14 days

  • Introduced Stripe billing and clarified auto-renewal and refund policies

  • Specified that annual plan cancellations are non-refundable mid-term

  • Added rules for plan changes (with price adjustments)

  • Introduced a 30-day prior notice rule for service or price changes

  • Expanded prohibited activities (reverse engineering, spam, Amazon policy violations, etc.)

  • Clarified disclaimers regarding external service outages (Amazon API, Stripe, etc.)

  • Set liability cap to the total fees paid in the past 12 months

  • Defined data deletion rules upon account removal

  • Clarified procedures for future updates and notifications

The appendix has also been updated: effective date remains August 1, 2024, and the latest revision date is August 23, 2025.

For existing users, continued use of LISMOA will be considered as acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the new terms, please proceed with account deletion. If you continue to use the service without deleting your account, we will treat it as consent to the revised terms.
