We would like to inform you that the Alert Feature and Automatic Review Request Feature have been temporarily moved back to beta.

Background

The Alert Feature currently supports the following notifications:

  • Buy Box eligibility loss notifications

  • Listing status change notifications

  • Listing issue notifications

Through post-release operations, we discovered that the notification data from Amazon is more unstable than expected. Specifically, the following issues have occurred:

  • Some cases where notifications are not delivered even when a listing becomes suppressed from search

  • Multiple notifications for the same out-of-stock status being sent several times per day

  • Some products receiving notifications while others do not

Initially, we expected that listing status notifications alone would be sufficient to detect product page issues. However, we found that due to Amazon's specifications, listing status alone cannot provide complete coverage. Therefore, we have added listing issue notifications to expand detection coverage (these can be configured as separate settings).

Currently, notification accuracy varies and there is still considerable noise (unnecessary notifications). We apologize for any inconvenience caused to users who did not receive notifications that should have been delivered. We plan to officially re-release this feature in early February 2026 after improving notification reliability.

Automatic Review Request Feature

The Automatic Review Request Feature is also currently available as a beta version.

  • FBA orders: Working properly

  • FBM (self-fulfilled) orders: Currently unable to send requests

We will officially release this feature once FBM order support is completed.

We are pleased to announce that real-time data retrieval (hourly updates) is now available for Sponsored Brands (SB) and Sponsored Display (SD) ads.

Background

Previously, LISMOA supported real-time data retrieval only for Sponsored Products (SP) ads. For SB and SD ads, data was retrieved through reports, resulting in a 1-2 day delay in data display.

With this update, you can now view real-time data up to approximately 1 hour ago for SB and SD ads as well.

*Please note that some data metrics are only available through reports and will continue to have a time lag as before.

  • Report data: Periodically updated to verify consistency with real-time data

We are pleased to announce the release of 3 new features for LISMOA as we approach the end of 2025. These were our release goals for 2025, and we are delighted to deliver them to you before Christmas.

1. Automatic Review Request Feature

Using the Amazon API, this feature automatically sends review request emails 5 to 30 days after product delivery for each order.

  • Supports both Customer Reviews and Seller Feedback

2. Alert Feature

This feature sends alerts from LISMOA via Email, Slack, or Chatwork when specific conditions are met.

  • Real-time notifications of important changes

3. CSV Product Data Bulk Update Feature

This feature allows you to bulk update product data by uploading CSV files.

Pro Plan Pricing Revision

In conjunction with the new feature releases, we have implemented a significant price reduction and feature restriction review for the Pro Plan.

We are pleased to announce a revision to our Pro Plan pricing. The monthly fee has been significantly reduced from ¥33,000 (tax included) to ¥19,800 (tax included).

Background

We received feedback from several users who wanted to upgrade from the Standard Plan to the Pro Plan but found the price gap too large. In response to this feedback, we have decided to lower the Pro Plan price to make it accessible to more users.

Please note that along with this price reduction, we have adjusted some feature limits for the Pro Plan. This allows us to reduce operational costs and make this pricing change possible.

Usage Beyond Pro Plan Limits

If your order volume or product count exceeds the Pro Plan limits, we offer an Enterprise Plan with custom pricing. We are also considering introducing a usage-based pricing plan in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.

We have released a CSV import feature that allows you to bulk update product data.

How to Use

  1. Download your current product data in CSV format from the Products page

  2. Enter the cost price and shipping cost (for FBM) for each product in the downloaded CSV file

  3. Save the file in the same format and upload it

This allows you to bulk update default cost settings (cost price and shipping cost) for your products.

For instructions on how to edit the CSV file, please refer to this help page.

Option to Apply to Past Orders

Since the update targets product master data, it does not normally affect sales or profit data. However, if you turn on the "Apply to past orders" option, you can also bulk apply the cost price and shipping cost to past orders.

Checking Import History

You can check the status of imported files at any time from the Import History page. If you have a large number of products or orders, the update may take some time.

With this feature, sellers with a large number of products can now set up cost prices with minimal effort. We hope you find it useful.

What is the Alert Notification Feature?

The alert notification feature sends notifications to users based on various triggers. It enables early detection of important changes and allows for quick responses.

Currently Available Alerts

The following alerts are currently supported:

  • Loss of Buy Box Eligibility: Notification when a specific product loses Buy Box eligibility

  • Listing Status Changes: Notification when products become out of stock or suppressed from search

These alerts help minimize lost sales opportunities and enable swift action.

Supported Notification Channels

Alerts can be received through the following methods:

  • Email

  • Chatwork

  • Slack

Choose your preferred method to receive alerts.

Future Development

We plan to add the following features:

We are pleased to announce a new feature that will help improve operational efficiency for Amazon sellers.

New Feature: Automatic Review Requests

We've added a feature that automatically sends review requests to customers who have placed orders on Amazon.

This feature sends the same review request that would be sent from the "Request a Review" button on the order details page in Seller Central. This automation frees you from the manual task of clicking through every single order, resulting in significant time savings.

Key Features

Flexible Timing Settings You can set the timing for sending review requests anywhere from 5 to 30 days after delivery arrival. You can also specify the time of day for sending requests within LISMOA. This allows you to deliver review requests to customers at the optimal timing.

Prevention of Excessive Sending The system sends only one review request per order, ensuring that customers are not bothered by excessive requests.

Conditional Filtering You can filter target orders by conditions, enabling operations tailored to specific products or order patterns.

Setup Instructions

  1. Open the "Settings" screen from the user menu

  2. Navigate to the "Automatic Review Requests" settings screen

  3. Configure the timing for sending review requests and conditions for target orders

Please take advantage of this feature to efficiently acquire more reviews.

Previously, LISMOA only offered product data aggregated at the child-ASIN level. With this update, you can now view performance at both the SKU (MSKU) level and the parent-ASIN level, enabling more flexible analysis based on how your catalog is structured.

The SKU page helps you evaluate differences in inventory, sales performance, and operational setups even when multiple SKUs share the same ASIN. The parent-ASIN page aggregates only the child ASINs you actually list, and the variation count reflects only those ASINs tied to your listings—not all variations available on Amazon.

Regarding advertising data, SP and SD ads are managed at the Ad ID level, not strictly at the ASIN or SKU level. While SKUs may be associated with ads, LISMOA handles advertising performance based on Ad IDs, so these metrics remain independent from the SKU and parent-ASIN pages.

Navigation remains the same: go to “Products” from the sidebar and switch between child ASINs, SKUs, and parent ASINs using the tabs at the top. Additional aggregation options—such as brand-level and product-tag-level views—are planned for future updates.

LISMOA now supports data analysis for Sponsored Brands (SB) and Sponsored Display (SD) ads. In addition to Sponsored Products (SP), this update enables you to analyze all three major Amazon ad types (SP / SB / SD) in one place, providing a more comprehensive view of your advertising performance.

With this release, SB and SD ads can now be viewed and analyzed at the following levels:

  • Ad level

  • Ad group level

  • Campaign level

Some metrics not available in Amazon’s Ad Manager are also included, allowing for deeper and more flexible analysis. This makes it easier to evaluate brand-awareness campaigns and retargeting effectiveness alongside performance-focused SP campaigns.

In addition, SP ads have been expanded to include ad group and campaign-level views, enabling more strategic insight and control over their performance.

Looking ahead, we plan to introduce targeting (keyword) level analysis and Amazon Marketing Stream integration for SB and SD ads, enabling real-time data visibility and faster operational decision-making.
