Alerting of inquiry emails

I get an email when an inquiry comes in, but I often forget to respond to it, thinking that I will deal with it later.

If the number of unanswered inquiries could be retrieved and displayed/alerted on the LISMOA side, I think I would be less likely to forget about them. I would appreciate it.
